The David and Marilyn Cramer Scholarship Award
David and Marilyn Cramer, pioneers of the Cramer's family business, have both passed on but their legacy and commitment to following "the golden rule" lives on forever.
The golden rule is to treat others how you would like to be treated. A rule that David and Marilyn built their successful business and treatment of others around.
In accordance with your school, our partner, we will sponsor a scholar to assist them in their next move to further their education after graduating. This scholar should best exemplify the golden rule, by treating others with kindness and respect in all circumstances, they should have a great attendance record and always be dressed to impress in their school uniform, because in uniform, we succeed!

During the busy back-to-school season, Cramer's expands its workforce to meet community needs, offering top junior and senior students (aged over 15) an exceptional summer opportunity.
Our internship program teaches teamwork, retail management, sales, logistics, economics, and real-world skills. These scholars also guide community members during shopping, sharing insights as fellow students.With a near 100% retention rate, interns return yearly, reconnecting with friends and making a lasting impact.
